The Anassa Hotel

CYPRUS

I was super excited to stay at the Anassa in June 2018, as it had been 20 or so years since I had last visited the island of Cyprus. Within moments, fond memories of just how lovely the Cypriot people are came flooding back.

An enjoyable 40 min transfer whisked us through beautiful scenery to the Anassa, set in the beachside location of Latchi.

The property is abundantly framed in gardens of bougainvillaea, hibiscus and the wonderful aroma of rosemary. It’s manicured gardens lead down to a long and secluded beach, no shortage of loungers here, and with a quick and excellent bar service whisking up greek salads and cocktails offers the perfect backdrop to the Mediterranean.

Accommodation is stylish, authentic and we enjoyed a private pool with an endless sea view!

Dining here was amazing, with a great choice of restaurants and an authentic Cypriot Mezze dining experience. Pool service was prompt and consistent, and all the staff enthused a warm and natural relationship with the guests.

The fine dining restaurants attracted couples of all ages, families enjoyed the comprehensive childcare, and the spa and gym offered a haven of wellness.

The Anassa is a true gem in the Med waiting to be discovered.
